wanderlust & shopping in San Francisco

It's been a while since I went to San Francisco with BK.Well, it's actually only been two months but it seems long! Since I did say I would post some pictures and explain what I did there while BK was working, I thought it would be fun to do a post instead of not having any post at all! So here you go, with some pictures that I took in San Francisco.
BK and I had been to San Francisco when he had past jobs, but we only briefly passed through and it was during the early Autumn months when it was cooling down! Once we were so hungry at midnight and we just happened to be driving through SF, so we decided to stop by and eat some of their incredible pizzas. It was sooo good! After we were done eating the delicious feast, we were on our way, but it was nice to be able to experience the food a bit, as well as the fog that came rolling in. I liked the feeling that I had when I was in San Francisco; it felt cozy, inviting, and a bit mysterious. I couldn't wait to go there again and experience the city for real.
So when we went to San Francisco and we were there for two days in April, we enjoyed every moment there. BK worked during the day, so I was very eager to go outdoors and go shopping! I admit I spent a lot of money on cute clothing and accessories that I came across. I wish I would have taken some pictures of what I exactly purchased, but I did not. I did however take some pictures of my favorite shops and buildings in San Francisco! Let me show you some of the pictures.
This shot was taken at night, and I'm pretty sure it was of a Abercrombie & Fitch billboard. Very romantic, right?
I'm took this shot while I was in an upper floor of a building, over looking City College.
Sigh. You know I would find a Juicy Couture shop, right? Well I did and I was in heaven. I searched the internet, trying to find a picture of my Juicy handbag, but I couldn't find one. But anyway, I got a messenger bag, wallet, and new shirt for under $150 I believe! They were having an amazing sell and I was super excited.
When I stopped by a cafe and got a turkey sandwich with sourdough, (yum by the way,) all of my bags were tucked nicely underneath my feet. I have to admit my bags were a bit heavy carrying them back to my destination afterwards! It was totally worth it though. I found some amazing shops, got some great "shopping" exercise, and explored a city I had never been to. I would have loved to have stayed even longer, but we had to go back to Southern CA. It would be fun to go back again in the future - I'm sure it will happen since we seem to travel to Northern CA frequently. Next time though, I'm going to make sure I have a bigger suitcase.

So to tell you more about my suitcase pain, I have to admit that by the end of the trip, my luggage was so heavy! Do you ever get worn down luggage because you try to stuff too much clothing and beauty products in there? Well, I'm guilty of that. That's why, when I came across the Very site, I knew that would be where I would get my next suitcase! I can't wait to visit the website again. Just look at the pink luggage at the bottom of the page on the Very site! So. Cute. Oh gosh, more shopping! See what I mean?! :)

So I hope you enjoyed a glimpse of my short, yet fun trip to San Francisco. BK and I also went to some incredible restaurants - I really felt like I was back in New York City. Even though I loved San Francisco, a  girl can still dream about another grand city called NYC. I would LOVE to go to New York City again. I know I am going to make it happen.

Have a wonderful weekend, I'm off to my brother's girlfriend's graduation party!
