Lash Genuis review

Review

Wow - has it really been almost a week since I last blogged?!
Sorry Ocean Dreamers, I've been swamped with work lately
(which is a good thing), even though my blog has suffered from it.
But I'm back, and this time with a review.

Anastasia of Beverly Hills
(which supports my cruelty free beauty stance by the way),
was kind enough to contact me and ask me to review
their Lash Genius. As well as the clever packaging,
I really like this product.

More specifically what did I think of the
Lash Genius Clear Waterproof Topcoat?
I've never used a topcoat before on top
of my mascara, when I'm going
swimming or taking a dip in the ocean and I don't want
my mascara to run, this will be ideal. I've worn it thus far
but I haven't worn it in the water yet. But I have cried
with it on and that definitely counts. :)
Don't worry - my day that day got better.

Also on that day, my mascara did not run and when I applied it,
I liked how smoothly it went on. It also did a great job
at drying quickly and keeping my mascara fresh all day.
So I highly recommend this product and especially
love that Anastasia is cruelty free as well.
Check out Peta's confirmation of this.

So I put together an fun inspiration board
of the Lash Genius since I also received a
lovely advertising book about the mascara as well.
They have great graphic designers by the way -
love the spread!!
Check it out - love this waterproof topcoat
mascara and I definitely
recommend for you all to try it out!

  1. Glad your day got better after a few tears, and glad you're back to blogging! I'm on the lookout for a good waterproof mascara for the summertime so I'll definitely check this one out.

    Hope you've had a great weekend :)

  2. That's a neat idea. I bought some nonwaterproof mascara at sephora and hate it. it clumps. So I guess I need to find a favorite mascara first.

  3. Looks like a great idea, and a great brand. I'm on the look out for waterproof mascara, so will definitely check if this is available in the UK.
